Everybody Wanted In

Brenda Montella started working in the rubber industry right out of high-school, and worked in the offices at BF Goodrich from 1969-1986, and at General Tire from 1989-1999. Brenda’s first job was in the retail store division, and every couple of years she was promoted and worked in communications, public relations, engineering, and eventually the international department.
