Christmas Parties

Sharon’s mother, grandmother, and grandfather all worked at Goodrich off and on over the years. Tragically, Sharon’s grandmother died while working at the age of 52 due to a machine malfunction. These stories were not often shared with the public and were discovered from city records found by Sharon while doing genealogy research . Sharon used to go to Goodyear Hall each year for Christmas which made lasting memories for her family. Sharon remembers getting one gift each year which was pure excitement. She can remember sitting on Santa’s lap and how special the memories are to her.
